WinWeb is a Web browser for Windows. It accomplishes the same function as Netscape, MacWeb, or Mosaic (or any other Web browser) by providing the user with a graphical interface for information retrieval on the Net.
WinWeb is configured to work with Windows 3.1 and was developed by Einet, the creators of MacWeb. WinWeb supports forms, downloads text before graphics (or lets you turn graphics off), comes with a preinstalled hotlist, and has a two-level cache that lets you return quickly to a previously visited page.
